An Urban Devi event with Kishori Gopi Devi Dasi
Description: We will explore how Spirit (connection to God), the Subtle Body (releasing limiting beliefs & stuck energy), Surrender (grief, loss, and end of life), and Sanctity (living your dharma) work together to transform our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the Divine (helping us to reawaken to Divine Love). Through guided meditation, kirtan, and heart-centered reflection, we will uncover practical ways to embody devotion & healing in our bodies, minds, and lives.
Bio: "Kishori Gopi (formally Kelly Skinner) is a spiritual teacher & healer, Bhakti Yogi, and End of Life Doula devoted to helping beings live radiantly and die gracefully. She weaves together Bhakti Yoga, meditation, energy healing, and compassionate presence to guide others in deepening their spiritual practice, navigating grief and loss, and remembering their true nature. Based in Burlington, Vermont, Kishori teaches weekly yoga classes, leads international retreats, offers free kirtan, and co-leads the VT Bhakithouse Sangha with her husband Samyaprasa. She offers group and 1:1 programs for devotional living, energetic healing, and aligning with one’s dharma.
As an End of Life Doula, Kishori supports those who are dying, their loved ones, and anyone wishing to consciously prepare for their own soul’s departure. She also works with people moving through grief in all its forms—whether from death, relationships, identity shifts, or other life changes. Through all she shares—whether chanting, teaching, or holding space—Kishori invites others to return to the heart, live with sacred intention, and experience the transformational power of Divine love.
